Our experienced tutor, Mrs. Fang, has more than 8 years of experience teaching math at public middle schools and high schools, and has a Master's degree in Mathematics Education. This SAT Math Prep Short Course is designed to help students prepare for the SAT math sections by reviewing key concepts, providing test-taking strategies, and focusing on weak areas. Students will learn the best strategies for approaching tricky questions, gain an understanding of how to manage their time effectively, and develop critical thinking skills.

The course will begin with a review of key concepts covered in the SAT math sections, including formulas and essential facts. Students will be introduced to proven techniques to improve their speed and accuracy in answering questions. The course will also cover strategies for tackling difficult questions, including elimination, estimation, and educated guessing.

To help students identify their weak areas, the course will include a diagnostic test. Based on the result, Mrs. Fang will work with the students to develop personalized study plans that focus on their specific areas of need. This targeted approach will help students improve their overall performance on the SAT.

Throughout the course, students will practice with authentic SAT questions to become familiar with the format and types of questions they will encounter on the actual exam. Students will also be provided with further self-study plans and resources.

By the end of the course, students will have gained a deeper understanding of the SAT math sections, improved their test-taking skills, and developed a personalized study plan for further preparation. They will be better equipped to achieve their desired score on the SAT and gain acceptance to their dream college or university.
